10 minute (and 24 hour) dinner

How can it be possible that I have never marinated anything before?  bda was hankering for some burritos, so I got some flank steak.  I marinated it overnight using a dry rub, then threw it on the grill pan for 10 minutes.  Everything else was pre-purchased.

Was it the world’s best burrito?  No.  Was it better than I expected?  Yes, indeed it was! And I have enough meat (and more than enough everything else) for at least one more burrito.

I will start photographing my food.  That would definitely make these posts more interesting.
