Mmmm, homemade pizza dough (just not from my home)

Anna was kind enough to make me some pizza dough this weekend in exchange for some kitty cuddles. I needed only to transform it into a pizza. In true secretsalt fashion, each step calls for salt. Salt makes the world go round.
Basic Margherita Pizza
- 1 ball pizza dough
- 4 plum tomatoes
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 ball fresh mozzarella
- 6 basil leaves
- olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 350. Dice the tomatoes, and mince 3 garlic cloves. Mix together with two tablespoons of olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste, then roast for 20 minutes.
In the meantime, dice the mozzarella into 1/2 inch cubes, and dust with salt. Chop the basil into thin strips. Slice the remaining clove.
Roll out the pizza dough to 1/4 inch thick, and put on your (preferably pre-heated) baking sheet or stone. Brush with olive oil, and apply salt and pepper.
Pull the tomatoes out of the oven. Cover the dough liberally, taking care to put as little liquid on the crust as possible. Dot with the mozzarella cubes, then basil and garlic slices. Bake for 20 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
Mine was a little liquidy at the end. Next time, I would probably strain my tomatoes, instead of just spooning, and pouring away the extra liquid. But it was super tasty. Thanks for the dough, Anna, and the motivation!
